Gate Committee

Anthony Trombetta - Area of responsibility is to oversee the maintenance and operation of the mechanical and electronic equipment as well as the computer data input to the gate. Number of other members - two.

Welcome Committee

H.R. (Ray) Atchley - Area of responsibility is to provide new residents with copies of the Home Owners Association's "articles of incorporation", Subdivision bylaws and covenants, current telephone directory along with a welcoming gift. Number of other members - three.

Finance Committee

Anthony Trombetta - Area of responsibility is to oversee the financial accounting of subdivision's income and expenses and also to determine responsibility and seek reimbursement for damage done to our property by others. Number of other members - two and a paid accountant.

Communications Committee

Bill Tingle - Area of responsibility is the production and distribution of an annual telephone directory, creating and maintaining of a community web site, and production and distribution of periodic publications. Number of other members - four.

Entertainment Committee

Lynda Rowland - Area of responsibility is to oversee organized community entertainment and develop neighborhood watch program. Number of other members - four.

Compliance Committee

Ray Atchley - Area of responsibility is to monitor lots and homes to assure compliance with Acadiana Place covenants and by-laws. Number of other members - three.

Ground Committee

Randy Kornrumph - Area of responsibility is to oversee the maintenance of the grounds, flower beds, electrical systems, and irrigation systems and to provide appropriate holiday decorations. Number of other members - three.
